Valentine’s Day, Science Play

February 13th, 2013 · 2 Comments

So tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’ve gone out to dinner on Valentine’s Day since college. It always felt, feels, seems, so…I don’t know. Like “We are supposed to go on a date now!” So we have our own tradition, which works out well since we can’t really afford to eat out AND get a babysitter.

Do you have any unique Valentine’s traditions? (Besides, like our friend Rachel, having a baby on Valentine’s Day?) If you wish to, share!

If you want to celebrate a day late, check out the Valentines Kids party at the Mercado San Agustin. Grownups can toast their love to one another with a glass of wine from Brasserie Agustin while their kids have their own little supervised party. Sounds kind of dreamy!

Just the having a baby tradition on Valentine’s Day. Wait, I only did that once. Now we just have a birthday party for V-day.

I have babies on Valentine’s Day. Yep, that’s my tradition and I’m sticking to it.
