You know, my nephew is about four and always wants a costume/experience to reflect the animals he is learning about in school. And, when learning about rams, he began to crash his head into the tree in his backyard. Perhaps not smart but pricelessly funny.

Being a mom is wonderful; I am so happy that I was able to have my son and adopt my daughter. Now, being a grandmother is a fantastic extra bonus in life. I love watching our grandchildren evolve into the people they are and will become. It is amazing to watch the unique personalities unfold. The play about moms sounds like a very creative idea.

My wife is such a great wife! She thinks about what each of our kids needs and delivers. Our daughter is scaring me a bit. She was doing kindergarten homework tonight despite us not asking her to and and she is young for kindergarten. Chris must have talked to her about homework and Julia took that to heart. I hope she goes to bed tonight without taking on too much unassigned homework.

Let’s just say it involved my husband’s eyes widening as he assessed the situation and uttered the unforgettable line, “That’s not chocolate.”

A few weeks ago my cousin’s 4-year-old son asked her at breakfast, “Mom, are you a space alien?”

IT shows are an asset to Tucson!! Wish I could attend more. Even though they are priced right, I’m back in “wedding mode” so all $$$ are spoken for until May `13. Got the mom thing down according to my kids but still working on being mother-in-law, started 2 yrs. ago – will get it right one of these days.

How about ten minutes go when I called my husband and asked him how a Trader Joes bag covered in small-boy vomit ended up in my car. This was after I had placed all my worldly possessions in said bag and carried it around the BMW dealership this morning while swapping out my car for service. Nice.

The time my daughter was potty training and a poop fell out of her shorts in the middle of Homedepot, which I then had to scoop up and run to the bathroom, with daughter under the other arm!!
