I rarely get great shots of me and my kiddos, because I’m usually the one with the camera. Patty is my neighbor (and proprietress of the awesome store Yikes!) and she came out to watch a hawk with the kids and me.

This makes me so happy. I FELT so happy to be hugging, to be hugged by, my sweet little ones after spotting a huge hawk at dusk. Oh yay, Tucson, oh yay, n friends and neighbors and family.
