So it’s Valentine’s Day, and…

you are not feeling so well. You have, what we call around here, “a little of the barfing”. But you want to make a nice dinner for your family (the Mama and Daddy Romance night was the previous Saturday, courtesy of Grandma Kay. Did I mention how awesome Grandma Kay is? EVERYONE should have a Grandma Kay….)

So you have your Trader Joe’s whole wheat pizza crust in the fridge, a usual $1.79 staple, plus a needs-to-be-eaten bag of organic broccoli florets. And in this house, there is always at least half a pound of Cabot sharp cheddar.

There are flowers in the table (thank you TucsonDaddy and kiddos!) and it’s really cold outside–I mean I saw SNOW FLURRIES, I kid you not. So I am MORE than happy to turn that oven on.

An hour later, we have a happy family meal, thanks to the awesomeness of Debbie.
Happy Clem.

Seriously, the Broccoli Cheddar Pinwheels are SO good. (Rachel W, don’t you agree??)

And happy belated Valentine’s Day, my sweeties!!

Thank you, Tucson Mama, I love being with L and C, so it works for everyone. The broc/ched pinwheels were delicious.
