Friday is the dance-along Nutcracker (which our friends E.M. and E.W. will sadly miss, but we will make it up later, right guys??) which sounds so damn fun.
And Saturday is one of my all-time favorite events, the Downtown Parade of Lights. So homespun, so festive. So many lights! My nose is cold in anticipation.

at least in Kate’s and my minds, and it has been in preproduction for several years now.
When it finally comes to fruition, it will be the best float ever. Jumpsuits, fireplace, hot toddies, Burt Bacharach…You can join us if you feel the love.
Yes, EM has proposed a Drunkcracker, for those who miss Friday’s celebration, with liberal libations.
