I totally scored at the last swap–and had such an unexpected amount of fun (and not only because of the mimosas–the company, the kickass guitar player woman rocking out in the window–all of it). So I look forward to tomorrow’s swap, even though I really can’t attend–my mom is in town until 1pm tmrw and those are our last few hours to spend with her as a family….she and I might stop by the swap, but it would be complicated.
Anyway, I highly recommend it. See here the cunning frock I snapped up at the last swap–and wore ALL SUMMER (apologies to my coworkers, friends, and family for this–you must have grown weary and the dress grew a little stinky and…)
Next Saturday TucsonMama will cosponsor a kids’ clothing swap at Dinnerware–details to follow–but it’ll be 9-noon on the 21st. Admission is one box of diapers, tampons, pads, or adult diapers for the Diaper Bank. Bring 5 items of clean, reasonably appealing baby clothes (or even nice, smallish toys), and come home with 5 items new-to-you. Additional items can be purchased for a buck. We’ll have light refreshments.
Next on my mind…a makeup swap! Oooh!

So glad you reminded me about the kids clothing swap. I was just abut to GIVE AWAY (horrors) some baby clothes, but now I’ll save them for the swap! What fun.
